Exploration of Rabbit Model of Pulmonary Embolism with Autologous Blood Clots

Objective:\ To set up long-lasting and objective animal models of pulmonary embolism with autologous blood clots in rabbits. Methods:\ Pulmonary embolism models with autologous blood clots stabilized in a different temperature-controlled (37\,45\,65\,70℃) of water through femoral vein at a dosage of 0.04g/kg were astablished and thrompoembolism of pulmonary arteries were observed upon optical microscope at regular intervals. Reseults:\ None of blood clots was completely dissolved within 14d in 70℃ group. From day 1 to day 14 emboli could be seen in the lumen of pulmonary anteries. Conclusions:\ A stable animal model of pulmonary embolism was successfully established with autologous blood clots in 70℃ water for 10min.

534 sera of Cynomolgus monkeys being exported to America and Germany were tested with BV EIA in our center and in BioReliance Co., for BV antibody with BV ELISA. 518 BV antibody sera tested in our center were negative, 5 were equivocal, 11 were positive, respectively. The results tested by BioReliance Co. revealed that 514 were negative, 8 were equivocal and 12 were positive, respectively. The consistency of the two methods is 95.9%, which implies that the accuracy of BV EIA is come up to international level, and this method can ensure BV detection quality in production and export quarantine.

Antiperiodics was weed to treatment the Hepatocystis of monkeys and the other available drugs were evaluated for Hepatocystis treatment. The results showed that the artenether and quinine can inhibit the gamonic of Hepatocystis in monkeys' blood. Monkeys were not observed to have the side reaction after taking those medicines.

Some puppy in one feedlot were dead with respiratory symptom. A germ was isolated from many visceras of the puppy and identified as strain E.coli. According to clinical symptom, pathological change and the results of the bacterial isolation and characterization, it can be affirmed that the canine death was resulted from E.coli's infection in lungs.

It was proved that the phenotypic expression for the maroon feather,the yellow feather and white feather result from the interaction between B/b and Y/y loci in Z-chromosome.The incomplete linkage was present between B/b and Y/y loci in Z-chromosome in male and complete linkage in female.The Sex-linked inheritance role was tested and verified and the interaction between B/b and Y/y loci was explained by means of some crossing testes as follows:(1)white feather×Longcheng (maroon feather);(2)yellow feather×Longcheng;(3)white feather×yellow feather.The exchang rate between B/b and Y/y loci was determined by the two crossing testes as follows:[white feather (♂)×yellow feather (♀)]×yellow feather(♀) or [yellow feather (♂)×white feather (♀)]×white feather (♀).There were mang characteristics i.e. extensive material source,short experiment cycle and obvious experiment effect ect.in the genetics experiment concerning plumage color gene in quail.The quails were ideal materials for doing concered genetics experiment in college.

Objective:To purify bacterium protein made up of many compositions whose molecular weights are little difference.Methods:results of using sediment and layer-division are not satisfying.So I choose SDS-RAGE.In the course of electrophoresis I improve the conditions of making-gel\,electrophoresis\,dye\,decolor,and try to separate the useful composition from gel not dyed.Results:We succeed to get the composition(MW:46kD—50kD)from bacterium protein (MW:30kD—200kD).Conclusion:SDS—PAGE is a better method to purify protein.
