Abstract: 534 sera of Cynomolgus monkeys being exported to America and Germany were tested with BV EIA in our center and in BioReliance Co., for BV antibody with BV ELISA. 518 BV antibody sera tested in our center were negative, 5 were equivocal, 11 were positive, respectively. The results tested by BioReliance Co. revealed that 514 were negative, 8 were equivocal and 12 were positive, respectively. The consistency of the two methods is 95.9%, which implies that the accuracy of BV EIA is come up to international level, and this method can ensure BV detection quality in production and export quarantine.

摘要： 本中心待出口美国、德国的 5 34份食蟹猴血清用国产BVEIA抗原检测片检测后送美国BioReilance公司进行检测。 5 34份血清中 ,11分为阳性 ,5份为可疑 ,5 18份为阴性。经美国复检 5 14为阴性 ,8份为可疑 ,12份呈阳性。两者的检测符合率达 95 9% ,说明BVEIA检测准确度已达到国际检测水平 ,可为国内猕猴生产单位控制BV检测质量提供有力的技术保证。
