Objective This paper studies applicability of the IRM_2 mice spontaneous tumor to different series host mice,so that it can provide widely assay basis for application of the tumor.We have studied repellency of the IRM_2 mice spontaneous lymphoma,the mouse sarcoma S_(180) and the cervical cancer U_(14) to different hosts,respectively. Methods\ Useing S_(180) and U_(14) as control groups, we transplanted the IRM_2 mice lymphoma,S_(180) and U_(14) to ICR, IRM_2 and hairless (HL),KM mice,and weighting tumors after growing 10 days,respectively. Results\ The S_(180) and U_(14) can be transplanted successfully, whereas the IRM_2 mice lymphoma can't grow in ICR,HL and KM mice using the implanted means of different cell concentration. Conclusion\ S_(180) and U_(14) are applicability to different hosts,while the IRM_2 mice spontaneous lymphoma is just reverse.

Objective Through artificially interfering the pregnant mice's androgen receptors to make their male whelps suffer congenital hypospadias, and to optimize the conditions for medication time and dosage. Methods\ Female mice (Kunming species), from the 15th day of their pregnancy, received garage of fiutamide for 5 days in a dosage of 66.7mg, 133.3mg, 200.0mg,266.7mg, or 333.3mg/kg; after withdrawal, the pregnant mice ran a spontaneous labour; from on the 21st day after birth the male whelps were observed on the morphological change of their external genital processes. Results\ Group with a dosage of 133.3mg/kg or under it showed no marked abnormality in their external genital processes; group with 200.0mg/kg showed an obvious cleft occurred in the top of genital processes, with a deformity rate up to 86.6%; group with 266.7mg/kg showed their external genitals were very much similar to the female mice's, with pubes around scrotum, testes unprotruded and cryptorehid; deformity rate up to 83.3%; group with 333.3mg/kg showed a complete crack backwards in the external genitals, and even a vagina_like orifice formed in the anal side. Conclusion\ Using female mice (Kunming species), from the 15th day of their pregnancy, given a flutamide gavage in a dosage of 266.7mg/kg~333.3mg/kg for consecutive 5days may make 80% or over of congenital hypospadias models among the male mouse whelps in the experiment.

Objective: To establish the model of contact dermatitis in mouse. Methods\ ICR mice which were previously sensitized with 5% dinitrochlorobenzen(2,4_DNCB) were repeated with 2%DNCB or 0.1%DNCB for several times in four groups ICR mice.Murine ear swelling,ear flake weight,dermal inflamatory infiltration cell count were examined in mice with DNCB induced dermatitis. Results\ It showed that DNCB induced dermatitis in Group 2 and Group 4 were similar to contact dermatitis,and DNCB induced dermatitis in Group 2 was longest. Conclusion\ The method of establishing the model of DNCB induced dermatitis in Group 2 is best for contact dermatitis.

Objective Tinidazole had been taken as model drug to compare the diffrence of percutaneous absorption and deposit effect between BALB/c nude mice and SD rats. Methods Percutaneous absorption experiment was performed with a osmosis device in vitro.then detect the osmosis dose and deposit effect in different time. Results The study on percutaneous absorption and deposit effect showed BALB/c nude mice could increase the penetration rate of Tinidzole than SD rats(P<0.01). Conclusion BALB/c nude mice is more suitable for experiment of extrinsic percutaneous absorption than SD rats.

Objectivc\ To observe spontaneous pathologic change in main organs of conventional (CV) and specific pathogen free(SPF) rats,to provide necessary and important base of raising environment affecting autopathy in test animels,and to get the message of the statue of autopathy in current laboratories,to provide spontaneous pathologic change type and incidence of it for pathologic diagnosis in SPF rats. Methods\ Routine pathologic examination method was employed to observe tisstle changes in livers.kidneys and hearts of 40 CV rats and 40 SPF rats in addition to 39 CV and 40 SPF rats’lungs.Results\ There were significant difference of autopathy between CV and SPF rats, detection rate was 94%,42.5% in livers,60%, 22.5% in kidneys,32.5%,5% in hearts and hyperplasia percentage in the lymphoid tissue around the bronchial tubes of lungs was 92.31% and 62.5% respectively;There were small focus infection and abnormal tissue changes in SPF rats. Conclusion\ Latent infection of main organs is significant lower in SPF rats than in CV rats,so it is necessary to normalize animal laboratory. Characteristics of infection in SPF rats including:①Changes in livers and lungs are obvious,②Pathological changes are mild though detection rate is high.SPF rats are raised in barrier system,but non_test factors can causc spontaneous pathologic changes in livcr,kidncy and heart, and we should distinguish them from special changes caused by test factors.

Objective To study the respiratoty system disease by acid gastroesophageal reflux,the guinea pig models of acid gastroesophageal reflux had been established.Methods\ After acid or distilled water were poured into the guinea pigs 16 days, for the pH values of mucous membrane at the lower esophageal segment,the totel number and eosinphil count in brochial alveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were determined,the pathological changes of esophageal,trachea and lung were observed in light microscope. Result\ Compared with the control. the pH values of mucous membrane at the lower esophageal segment were significantly decreased,the totel number of cell and eosinphil count in BALF of the model animal were significantly increased (P<0.01).The pathological changes of esophageal,trachea and lung were inflammation,epithelial cell hyperplasia. Conclusion\ Gastric juice refluxing into esophageal can damage esophageal,trachea mucous membrane and lung the guinea pig model of acid gastroesophageal reflux was a kind of the increased survival rate,simple and operated method,It could be sticding the relationship of respiratoty system disease and acid gastroesophageal reflux.

Objective Indentification of laboratory animal dermatophytes using AP_PCR. Methods\ Use 4 random primers(OPAA11,OPAA17,OPD18,OPU15) to amplify randomly DNA of T.mentagrophytes M.gypsium M.lanosum T.simii. Results\ Production of amplification showed different in UV. Conclusion\ It is significantly different of amplification bands of random primer OPAA11 for 4 dermatophytes, and can well repeat.
