Abstract: Laboratory animals are important models in immunological researches. In this paper, we summarized the classification synopsis of laboratory animals, and also introduced the criterion for selecting laboratory animals m immunology studies. The common laboratory animals such as mouse, rat, cavy, rabbit and swine, were briefly discussed.

摘要： 实验动物是免疫学研究领域中重要的载体。本文就实验动物的分类概要、免疫学研究领域中实验动物的选择原则和常用到的小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、家兔和猪作扼要的介绍。
