    Research for the Effect of Superovulation on Kinds of Hormone to Mammalia

    The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of superovulation on hormone of PMSG 、 APMSG 、 hCG 、 LHRH to Rat 、 Mice、Guinea 、 Pig、 Rabbit、Goat 、 Swine and Cattle. The results indicated that 5~10 IU PMSG and hCG can make the mice's superovulation stably. and can be collected fertilized ova 40 ± 10. 40IU PMSG and HCG can make rat the same result and can be collected fertilixed ova 50±10. In rabbit 200 IU PMSG and hCG was strongly effective, 35 ±5 fertilized ova can be collected; In Goat and Swine, 1500 IU PMSG and 1000 IU APMSG or hCG was effective, 23 ±3 Fertilized ova can be collected. In cattle, 3000 IU PMSG and 1500 IU APMSG made the result, but just collected 8 ± 2 fertilized ova, In guinea pig,we can't find a proper way to surperovulate, The results suggested that PMSG and hCG are strongly valid to superovulation.

    A dynamic inhalant intoxication technique has been applied to reveal the effects of the soybean oil vapors on adult rats: After exposure to the various oil vapors concentration (i,e,0,1.05, 2.72, 5.50, 9.58 mg/m3 respectively) for 2 hours, the results demonstrated that (1) Malondiadehyde (MDA) contents in plasma and in lung hssue increased gradually with the oil concentration and significantly raised in lung tissue at lower treated group (i.e. 1.05 mg/m3)compared with the contrast group (p<0.05); while the glutathione-SH (GSH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased with the concentration and the changes later than the MDA. (2) At the high treated group (9.58mg/m3, the membrane lipid fluidity (LFU) of the pulmonary alveolar macrophages (PAM) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) increased (p<0.01), compared with the activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and acid phosphatase (ACP) in lung tissue (p<0.05).These findings suggested that acute inhalation of soybean vapors may produce lipid peroxidation and then lead to damage dominatedly in lung tissues, the injury increased with the oil vapors inhalation.

    80 Whole-grown KM mice were taken out. one female lived together with one male for a long period. Liveweight of the first and the second littlers' newborn mice was weighted daily, By statistical analysing the line regression equation graph between their days and their liveweight gain perday were drawn out. Both of them could be treated as basic data of experiments.

We use the white mice as the experimental materials and determine the appearance rate of micro nuclear in embryo and pregnant mice and the aberration rate in bone marrow cell of pregnant mice aberrated by alcohol affects the hereditary substance.By the result we provided the scientific evidence for protecting people's health from alcohol.

    In this experiment, 55 mice were injected with the same doze of PMSG and hCG for superovulation. After collecting their embryos, the histomorphology change of their uterine Mucosa was observed under microscope. The result showed that the amount of uterine gland in the group with effectively collecting embryos in higher than the control one without collecting of embryos. There was the significant difference when the uterine mucosa epithelium in high-cuboidal style and the uterine gland epithelium in high-cuboidal style or cuboidal style.(P<0.01, 0.05) The change of two curves with micro-vessel was similar, but the change of uterine gland with two groups is different.

    Buffer tablets of Diclofenac sodium was used as treat groups, the enteric coated tablets as a positive control group. Water as a negative control group in the test.The results showed that buffer tablets could inhibit the swelling of toe of rats caused by carrageenin significantly (p<0.001), and its diminishing inflammation was longer than that of enteric coated tablets. The buffer tablets could also inhibit granulation of rats caused by cotton balls significantly (P<0.001.

    A Model of infectious fever was made in rabbit injected with pneumococci hypodermically. The response is dosedepedence, when the injected dose is 2 × 107, its body temperature began to rise. It suggested thatit was a simple and valuable way to induce infectious fever.
