Abstract: A Model of infectious fever was made in rabbit injected with pneumococci hypodermically. The response is dosedepedence, when the injected dose is 2 × 107, its body temperature began to rise. It suggested thatit was a simple and valuable way to induce infectious fever.

摘要: 本文报道建立肺炎双球菌感染发热家兔动物模型的方法,比较了不同菌量造成不同程度的动物模型,为科研工作选择轻、中、重度感染性发热动物提供方便。此方法造成的发热持续时间长,更接近于临床细菌感染性发热时的疾病状态,是一种简便易行而又稳定的科学手段。
