Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of superovulation on hormone of PMSG 、 APMSG 、 hCG 、 LHRH to Rat 、 Mice、Guinea 、 Pig、 Rabbit、Goat 、 Swine and Cattle. The results indicated that 5～10 IU PMSG and hCG can make the mice's superovulation stably. and can be collected fertilized ova 40 ± 10. 40IU PMSG and HCG can make rat the same result and can be collected fertilixed ova 50±10. In rabbit 200 IU PMSG and hCG was strongly effective, 35 ±5 fertilized ova can be collected; In Goat and Swine, 1500 IU PMSG and 1000 IU APMSG or hCG was effective, 23 ±3 Fertilized ova can be collected. In cattle, 3000 IU PMSG and 1500 IU APMSG made the result, but just collected 8 ± 2 fertilized ova, In guinea pig,we can't find a proper way to surperovulate, The results suggested that PMSG and hCG are strongly valid to superovulation.

摘要： 本文就PMSG、APMSG、hCG、LHRH等激素对大鼠、小鼠、豚鼠、家兔、绵羊、猪、牛等动物的超数排卵作用进行了系统探索，结果发现PMSGhCG各5～10IU可致小鼠产生稳定的超排、取卵数可达50±10个；用200IU加等量hCG可使大鼠稳定超排，取卵数可达50±10个；用400IUPMSG和等量hCG可使家兔产生稳定起排、取卵数可达35±5个；使用PMSG1500IU和APMSG100IU可使羊产生超排、取卵数可达25±5个：在猪使用1500IUPMSGT和1000IUhCG平均获得卵26±5个；，使用PMSG3000IU和1500IUAPMSG，平均可稳定获得8±12个卵，而在豚鼠得不到稳定起排卵的结果。所有这些结果提示我们PMSG几乎对各种哺乳动物的超排作用显著，且有稳定的剂量可寻，而hCG的促超排也是很显著的。
