Abstract: 80 Whole-grown KM mice were taken out. one female lived together with one male for a long period. Liveweight of the first and the second littlers' newborn mice was weighted daily, By statistical analysing the line regression equation graph between their days and their liveweight gain perday were drawn out. Both of them could be treated as basic data of experiments.

摘要： 取体成熟KM小鼠80只，采用一雌一雄长期同居的频密繁殖法，观察其第一、二胎仔鼠哺乳期内（1～21日龄）每日的体重。统计分析得出KM小鼠第一、二胎仔鼠日龄与体重的直线回归方程、仔鼠平均体重、平均日增重，绘制了生长曲线，日增重曲线，为实验人员提供基础数据。
