Main indexes of growth and reproduction in SPF Wistar rats were determined in barrier system.The results demonstrated that the suitable reproducing method was monogamous mating four times.Particularly the second litter was the best of all.The growth in SPF Wistar rats was almost the same as conventional ones.

Objective\ To improve the method to erect deficiency and cold syndrome model of rats,the correlation among macroscopic and microcosmic markers were observed and analysed.Methods\ Wistar rats,Ⅱ stage,female,were divided to deficiency and cold syndrome group and control group by temperature of body.Deficiency and Cold syndrome model were erected with feeding cooling drugs that were larger in dosage and longer in time than usual.The macroscopic and microcosmic markers were detected,and their correlations were compared.Results\ Comparing to the control group,the correlations among markers in deficiency and cold syndrome group have their charecteristics.their correlation of different organs' weight (include their exponents)obviously increase.There are negative correlation between their swimming time and activity of LDH,the specific value of cAMP/cGMP and positive correlation between swimming time and content of cGMP.Their weight and exponent of thymus have the positive relation with the specific value of cAMP/cGMP and the content of cortisol,and negative relation with the content of E 2,the specific value of E 2/T.Their diameter of periarterial lymphatic sheath of spleen small artery have a positive correlation with the weight and exponent of spleen.There are obvious correlation between their marker of gastric mucosa and of endocrine system,etc.Conclusion\ Correlation among biology markers should be payed more attention to,because they are the significant physiological and pathological charecter too.

The Establishment of Animal Model for Neonatal Rats Pb-injuryed

objective To establish the experimental animal model of pb exposed neonatal rats. Method 3 brood of neonatal Wistar rats were used, and everyone was divided into the normal, low pb, and high pb group. The animal model was established with intraperitoneal injection of pb acetate solution at 0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14 days, and injecting doses were 0,20,60mg/kg, respectively (according to birthweight). Neonatal rats were breastfeeding by their mother rats. Results At 17days, the blood pb of above three groups were 3.6±6.5μg/L, 410.8±46.63μg/L and >650μg/L,respectively,and belong to normal, middle pb poisoning, heavy pb poisoning. Conclusion It is suggested that the model of neonatal rats pb injuryed by intraperitoneal injection was a kind of simple, reliable and controllable way, and can be used for the same experimental study.

Avoirdupois,viscera weight and viscera index of the Smad3 mice were determinated in Smad3 gene knock out mice on the different age. The results showed that the avoirdupois、 viscera weight of the homozygous mice were lower than heterozygous and wild types mice of the 35 days, liver,spleen,thymus index were higher than its; avoirdupois,liver,spleen,kidney,ovary,spermary and epididymis of the homozygous mice were lower than heterozygous and wild types mice of the 70 days; liver,spleen and thymus index were higher compared with heterozygous and wild type mice. There were proper characteristic of the homozygous mice.

As the latest version of “Chinese Regulation of Biological Products” and “Chinese Regulation of Veterinary Products” published, more and more viable vaccines sourced from eggs or chickens and quality controls are required to use SPF eggs and SPF chickens. Under the same housing conditions, two testing flocks showed different production ability fed by different diets. Laying rate and egg utility of one flock fed with diet manufactured by Beijing KeAoXieLi Company(flock 2) was higher than other flock with diet produced by Beijing CP group(flock 1). Main differences were occurred on the egg weight at early stage of laying at the age of 24\_32 weeks old and laying rates at the age of 45\_60 weeks old.

Objective\ To analyse the kinetic change of normal body temperature of rabbits in pyrogen test. Methods\ To measure the normal body temperature of rabbits according to the rules on pyrogen test, and to analyse these data using biological statistics. Results\ These data show statistical significance between the normal body temperature of rabbits in 5\_7 morth and 2\_4 morth in one year(\%P\%<0\^05), and statistical significance between the average value of normal temperatuce of the second used rabbits and that of the first used rabbits, the temperature difference is 0\^07℃(\%P\%<0\^05). Conclusion\ The normal body temperature of rabbits in pyrogen test changes with season and times to be used.

Objective\ To observe the effects of “Sheng\|Gu\|Pian” on Glucocorticoid\|induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.Method\ 60 Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups:the low\|,the middle\|,the high\|dosage(1.35,2.70,5.40g crude drug/kg),the positive drug control,the negative control group and the model control group.The drugs were administered(i.g)daily for 150 days,test the values of serum biochemistry,serum steroid and bone metabolic motivation.Results\ Sheng\|gu\|Pian can decrease the contents of ALP and ACP in serum ( P <0.05),accelerated the sediment speed of serum Calcium and Phosphorus ( P <0.05).Compared with model control group,the high\|and middle\|dosage group were high significant differences in aspects of optical density of Calcium salt sediment,relative value of bone trabecula and total area of bone trabecula.( P<0.001;P<0.01 ).Conclusion\ “Sheng\|Gu\|Pian” can improve biochemistry metabolism and accelerate sediment of serum Calcium and Phosphorous.There are some effects in proventive and treatment for the GANFH.

Porcine circovirus 2 type (PCV 2)is a pathogen causing postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS). PCV is a small non envoloped circular single stranded negative DNA virus. The homogeneity of PCV 2 isolates is up to 95%—99%.Only one PCV 2 genotype is found in the world. Besides clinical syndrome and pathologic alteration, diagnosis must be based on antibody detected by virus nutralization, Iindirect immunofluorescence assay and antigen capture enzyme immunoassay, as well as pathogen tested by immunohistochemistry, DNA detected by in situ hybridization and PCR technique. Routine management and controlling environmental conditions should be payed more affention to, so that the loss of pig industry led by the virus could minimized.
