猪断奶后多系统衰弱综合征的病原学分析和诊断

Abstract: Porcine circovirus 2 type (PCV 2)is a pathogen causing postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS). PCV is a small non envoloped circular single stranded negative DNA virus. The homogeneity of PCV 2 isolates is up to 95%—99%.Only one PCV 2 genotype is found in the world. Besides clinical syndrome and pathologic alteration, diagnosis must be based on antibody detected by virus nutralization, Iindirect immunofluorescence assay and antigen capture enzyme immunoassay, as well as pathogen tested by immunohistochemistry, DNA detected by in situ hybridization and PCR technique. Routine management and controlling environmental conditions should be payed more affention to, so that the loss of pig industry led by the virus could minimized.

摘要: 断奶后多系统衰弱综合征是由猪环状病毒 2型 (PCV2 )引起的 ,PCV2属于环状病毒属 ,它是一小的、无囊膜、环形、单股、负链DNA病毒。PCV 2各分离株的同源性可达 95 %— 99% ,世界范围内只有一个PCV2血清型。诊断此病除依据临床症状与病理变化外 ,还利用中和试验、间接免疫荧光法和抗原捕捉酶免疫法检测抗体。组织化学法检测抗原 ,原位杂交及聚合酶链技术检测病毒DNA。注重日常管理和环境条件的控制 ,将此病给养猪业造成的损失减至最小。
