In this experiment, the effect of Paolifen on anti-stress of mice was studied. The fatigue test of swimming, the endurance of lack oxygen, cold resistance and anti-high temperature were made after taking Paolifen. The live time of the fatigue test of swimming, the endurance of lack oxygen, cold resistance and anti-high temperature in three groups taking Paolifen were much longer than that of the control group(P<005 or P<001). It showed that Paolifen had the powerful effectson anti-fatigue, strong body and anti-aging.

Serum samples from 15 hedgehoges (Erinaceus europacus)(♂7,♀8)were separated by acetic cellulose membrane electrophoresis. The results showed that the serum albumen was observed 5~6 electrophoretic patterns on the acetic cellulose membrane. The polymorphism of βglobulin was found in male. The content of every protein component was different between male and female \ \

In this article, the effect of pellet replacing fish meal with bean cake adding different amount of the Met on rearing KM mice was observed. The result indicated that the pellet replacing fish meal with bean cake adding 08% Met raised mice, the reproductive performance and growth of the mice had no notable differentiation from that with pellet containing fish meal, and the price of the pellet is lower than that of control group. Thus, it can replace pellet containing fishmeal in definitive period. But, if it was used for a longterm, the minerals of the pellet must be balanced, and this problem was discussed in the articel.

We fed male SD rats with high sucrose diet to induce hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance. The serum glucose concentration of high sucrose diet (HSD) group was lower than that of the control in the 2nd week, serum insulin level of HSD group incresed. Four weeks later, insulin level was getting hihger and higher than that of the control one (P<0.01). We observed that HSD could induce hyperinsulinemia and IR, but no significant change at serum glucose level. The biggest special insulin binding and the concentration of solubilized insulin receptor from rats liver in HSD group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and correlated to serum insulin level, we demonstrated that high sucrose diet can induce hyperinsulinemia and the changes of the kinetics of insulin receptor binding can aggravate insulin resistance in male SD rats.

Newborn germ free BALB/c mice were innoculated 6 species of normal intestinal floras and infected rotavirus at the fifth day. Two mice were killed each day untill the fifth day. Animals of the second experiment group (normal intestinal floras+,rotavirus+)appeared dirrhea later and recovered sooner than the animals of the first experiment group (normal intestinal floras-, rotavirus+). As well as the slight water degeneration ,there were also small cope of pathological changes and significant inflamation in the vili of intestine of the animals in the second experiment group. The results indicated that normal intestinal floras bear the resistant role on the infection of rotavirus.

In this Experiment, the free fall way was used to make a dog model with heavy craniocerebral injury passing by venoclysis OXYGENT. We could continuously observe the changes of intracranial pressure. The result showed that OXYGENT could increase the animal tolerance to hypertension, decrease the death rate and make the risen intracrania pressure slow down quickly. The changes of pathology between experimental and control groups declared that venoclysis could reduce neuronal ischemic damage after brain trauma. This article discussed some essential element and realization of cooperatin in experimental observation.

 For studying the effect of ethyl-acid in the liver carcinoma inmice, 32 NIH mice (body weight 18~22 g,with liver carcinoma)were divided into 4 groups. Injected with ethyl-acid (15 % and 30 %),anhydrous ethanol locally and percutaneusly, normal saline as control. There is significant difference in the volume of livercarcinoma between study and control groups (P<0.01). There is difference in the weight of liver carcinoma between study and control groups(P<0.05).There are no differences between the three study groups(P>0.05). It showed that There is effect of ethyl-acid in the therapy of the liver carcinoma in mice. 

Ovaries were collected from bitch slaughted at an abattoir. The oocytes derived from invisible follicles in diestrous ovaries and antral follicles (>1mm in diameter) on estrous ovaries surface. The ultrastructure of oocytes before maturation culture in vitro was described as follows: in diestron dog cumulus oocyte complexes (COC), cell junctions existed between cumulus cell and oocyte and among cumulus cells. The main organelles in cytoplasm included mitochondria, lipid droplet and rough endoplasmic reticulum under cytoplasm membrance. The ultrastructure of the ooyctes from antral follicles is similar to that of the oocytes in diestrous dog ovaries, but having more cell junctions and organelles and appearing a few cortical granules. After the oocytes being cultured in vitro in TCM-199(Earler′s salt)medium with 20% FCS and 10IU/mL FSH for 36h, microvillus, mitochondria, smooth endoplasmic reticulum and cortical granules increased; all organelles in cytoplasm moved to the cortical region and the nucleus became compacted. The oocytes matured further after maturation culture in vitro for 72h: microvillus uprighted, cortical granules aligned under cytoplasm membrane and mitochodia dispersed in the centre of cortical region.

With immunocytochemical ABC technique, the distribution of somatostatin(SS)-like immunoreactivities in the lower brain stem of the chicken was explored. SS-positive neuron bodies were localized in nucleus interpeduncularis, periaqueductal central grey and the adjacent reticular formation lateral to it, nucleus linearis caudalis, tectum opticum, pontine tegmentum, nucleus reticularis parvocellularis, formatio reticularis medullaris and nucleus tractus solitarii. The SS-neuron bodies were small to medium (5~12μm) and varied in shape. SS-fibers and terminal were localized in area pretectalis, inner and lateral area of occulomotor nerve root, ventrolateral area of nucleus interpeduncularis, tectum opticum, nucleus olivais superior and formatio reticularis; Odd SS-fibers could be seen in many parts of the brain stem. The results show that the distribution of SS-like positive reactivities are not same to that of the mammals, notable exceptions exist.

It was reported that different testing methods were used for the diagnosis of sick mice which were suspected to be infected with Ectromelia virus. The results showed that the application of histopathological examination and immunohistochemical technique can combine morphological observation with detection of specific antigen, and is a very effective procedure for early, rapid and accurate diagnosis to the infection of Ectromelia virus.
