Abstract: In this experiment, the effect of Paolifen on anti-stress of mice was studied. The fatigue test of swimming, the endurance of lack oxygen, cold resistance and anti-high temperature were made after taking Paolifen. The live time of the fatigue test of swimming, the endurance of lack oxygen, cold resistance and anti-high temperature in three groups taking Paolifen were much longer than that of the control group(P<005 or P<001). It showed that Paolifen had the powerful effectson anti-fatigue, strong body and anti-aging.

摘要: 对给药后的小鼠进行了持续游泳耐疲劳、缺氧耐受性、抗高温和耐寒冷实验。结果表明泡利芬三个剂量组的小鼠负重持续游泳时间、耐缺氧存活时间、抗高温及耐寒冷生存时间明显长于对照组(P<005或P<001)。提示泡利芬具有一定的强壮、抗疲劳、抗衰老及保健作用
