Objective To evaluate the immune effect induced by recombinant HBHA vaccine in tubercular mice model.Methods BALB/c mice were immunized with the recombinant HBHA vaccine in order to observe the ceU mediated immune response.Then the immune mice were attacked by MTB H37Rv to investigate the protection induced by recombinant vaccine.Results BALB/c mice.which were immunized with the recombinant HBHA vaccine.can induce cytotoxicity and split MTB in vivo.Recombinant vaccine can not only stimulate the proliferation and activation of CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells,but also induce splenic cell to excrete cytokines,such as IFN-y IL-2.and SO on.The histopathologic changes of immunized mice were reduced after the mice were attacked by H37Rv.Conclusion It i8 coneluded that recombinant vaccine have protective effect on immune tubercular mice model through detecting the cellular immune responses in mice and histopathological changes in lung.

Objective To carry out newly GB and examine the genetic characteristics of the inbred strain mouse. Methods Accorded to the new methods of microcytotoxicity test in GB/T14927.2-2008,checked H-2 haploid of Beijing area manufacturer's mainly BALB/c and C57 BL/6 inbred strain mouse.Results All 4 units together 70 inbred strain mouse BALB/c haploid is H-2Dd and H一2Kd,C57BL/6 haploid is H一2Db and H一2Kb,percent of pass 100%.Conclusion According to sample Beijing area produces mainly immune hereditary 2 strain inbred mouse are qualified.

0bjective To investigate the antiviral effects of different active components of Belamcanda chinensu in vitro.Methods The antiviral effects of different active components of Belamcanda ehinensu against RSV,adv-3,adv-7,HSV-l,HSV-2,rhinovirus type-3 and EV-1 6 in vitro were observed by cell culture.Results All of active components of Belamcanda chinensu except the component 1 and component 5 could exert inhibitory effects in vitro on cellular Iesion induced by virus.Conclusion AU of active components of Belamcanda chinensis except the component l and component 5 have antiviral effects against for RSV,adv-3,adv-7,HSV-l,HSV-2,rhinovirus type-3 and EV-16.

Abstract: Granule.Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan Granule was observed by the acute inflammation and chronic inflammation induced by xylene and agar,and the effect on humoral immunity and cellular immunity was observed by determination of hemolysin level and delayed hypersensitivity induced with 2,4一dinitro— ochlorobenzene.Results Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan Granule could resist the acute inflammation and chronic inflammation,and restrain the humoral immunity and cellular immunity.Conclusion Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan Granule has anti—inflammatory and immunosuppression effects.

Objective To establish the model of abdominal heterotopic heart transplantation.Methods DA‘¨1‘’ and LEW(盯‘1¨rats were adopted in the study as the donor and recipient.and Ono’s transplant model was improved to make the transplant model more steady and more operational.Results 32 heterotopie heart transplantations were performed,28 succeed,and the successful rate was 87.5%.Conclusion After the improvement,the operation became easier and the operation time was shorten with lower difficulty in stitch and higher successful rate.

In order to investigate the health status of experimental rats.We collected 170 rats from ten different places in Beijing,these rats were aged from 4 to 6 weeks.All these rats were sarcrificed and their heart,lungs,liver, spleen and kidneys were taken and put into 10%paraformaldehyde solution for fixation,then,the samples were observed with optical microscopy.The results show that most experimental rats are healthy,few of these rats have bronchial pneumonia and fatty liver,which may be ralated to the enviroment and forage.

Objecfive To observe and compare with the changes of ECG before and after anesthetized in guinea pigs.Methods Observed and recorded ECG of guinea pigs in a sober state 30 minutes,administrated intraperitoneally corresponding doses of anesthetic and recorded the ECG 120 minutes,analyzed all the abnormal ECG in guinea pigs and calculate the abnormal rate.Results The abnormal rates of pentobarbital sodium,chloral hydrate,urethane,chloralose,the chloralose-urethan mixture and ether were 37.5%,25%,25%,1 2.5%,25%and 25%.Conclusion Six kinds of anesthetics all have a certain influence to normal ECG in guinea pigs;it is recommended to choose sober guinea pigs for ECG monitoring.

Objective To ascertain the characters of each stage of sexual cycle in guinea pigs.Methods Change in vaginal cells was observed for 20 days in 16 female guinea pigs aged 12 weeks by vaginal smear.Results Vaginal cells observed by vaginal smear were with predominance of leucocytes at diestrus;with predominance of stoned epithelia at proestrus,with predominance of keratinized epithelia at estrus,and with predominance of leucocytes mixed with a few leucocytes and keratinized epithelia at metestrus.Conclusion Vaginal smear method could efficiently distinguish different stages of sexual cycle in guinea pigs.

Objective To establish genetic quality standards of closed colony experimental minipig and its detecting methods.Methods Based on investigating a large amount of documents and data,genetic standards of closed colony experimental minipig were established according to laboratory animal--Genetic quality control of mammalian laboratory animals GB 14923-2001 and theory of population genetics.Analysis of microsatellite markers was adopted and 1 00 microsatellite loci were chosen from GeneBank.The selected loci were filtrated by agarose gel electrophoresis assay,polyaerylamide gel electrophoresis and STR loci genescan analysis.Finally microstaellite loci in closed colony experimental minipig were selected in the light of the distribution on chromosomes,allele number and polymorphism,and detecting methods were established.Results Genetic standards of closed colony experimental minipig and its detecting methods have been established.

0bjective To improve the animal welfare and overcome the limitations of warming methods used in non—human primate laboratory animals,this article introduces an automatic system for warming monkey house. Methods This system uses a reverse Carnot cycle principle,makes air heat pump water heater as a heating source,inputs hot water through galvanized iron pipes to each monkey room.On one hand,it can directly dissipateheat.On the other hand,it can be treated as a jumping climbing frame for monkeys.Results Because the temperature of the facility was kept at about 40℃in winter.monkeys are used to playing and sleeping on it.The morbidity and mortality are significantly decreased compared with the same season of last years.Meanwhile,the natality and survival are increased.Conclusion This automatic system is dimentional levels,temperature constant and controllable.As it is observed,there are obvious advantages,such as effective warming,high efficiency, environmental protection,and resources saving.

Objective Aim to establish a data bank of the biological characteristics of 27一week—old Wistar rat and investgate the effects of long—term drinking autoclaved water treated with acid on the experimental results in rat. Methods 48 0一day—old Wistar rats(早6 half and haff)which were kept in the SPF level rearing facilities,were randomly selected and given the drinking autoclaved water treated with acid(pH value adjusted at 2.0—3.0). Through 27-week trial,they were bled and blood physiological and biochemical valus were determined.Results The blood physiological indexs indicated that there were significant difference only on MCHC in male(P<0.05) and THC in female(P<0.05)between the experimental group and control group.The blood biochemical indexes indicated that there were significant difference just on TP in male(P<0.05)and ALT&TG in female(P< 0.05)between the experimental and the contr01.Conclusion The long—term of drinking autoclaved water treated with acid had no obvious effects on blood physiological and biochemical indexes in rat.Whether the individual indicators of the differences which was caused by the water required further to argue.

Objective To observe the effects of the natural mineral water on blood lipids of experimental high— lipid rats.Methods Twenty-eight female rats were randomly divided into high—lipid control group(drinking tap water)and hi.gh-lipid experimental group(drinking the natural mineral water)according to the level of TC.The blood of the rats in the tWO groups were taken for detecting total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and high density lipoprotein(HDL)contents using Autolab 1.0 Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer after thirty and forty days respectively.Results The serum TG level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05)at the 30“day,while TC and HDL level had no significant differences between both groups.At the 40山day the TG level of experimental rats was significantly decreased as compared with that of control rats(P< 0.01).Though TC hvel showed a downward tendency and HDL level showed an upward tendency,the differences in TC and HDL levels were not significant statistically between the two groups.Conclusion The blood lipids of female experimental high—lipid rats may be improved by drinking the natural mineral water.
