Abstract：0bjective To establish and apply of method on genetic monitoring for inbred strains by analysis of microsatellite polymorphisms．Methods To select 1 6 pairs of microsatellites primers loci on different chromosomes by Genome Database，analysis of microsatellite DNA polymorphisms and Genetic monitoring for C57 BL／J、DBA／2、 C3 H、BALB／c，1 29，FVB，SCID by PCR．Results Fourteen microsatellites primers could be amplified efficiently except D8 Mitl 1 3、D1 3 Mit88，and displayed DNA polymorphisms，some of them displayed more significant polymorphisms．Conclusion Microsatellite Locus displays significant polymorphism，stronger codominance and wide distribution on the different chromosomes，which could be used for inbred strains identification and genetic monitoring．It is a exact and fast method．

Abstract：0bjective To establish a stable and effective chemotherapy induced phlebitis(CIP)model in mice by intravenous injection of Fluorouracil．Methods Forty two KM mice were randomly divided into 6 treatment groups and 1 control group．The treatment groups were administrated with Fluorouracil at doses of 7．5 ms／mL，10．0 mg／mL，12．5 mg／mL，15．0 mS／mL，17．5 mg／mL，and 22．5 mg／mL respectively，and each mouse received Fluorouracil by injection of 0．4 mL volume into the left caudal vein．The control received the same volume of saline instead．All the mice were sacrificed at the third day after treatments．The degree of lesions was evaluated and pathological changes were examined under a microscope．Results The incidence rate of CIP showed a dependence on the dose of Fluorouracil．The mice dead when the dose was higher than 350 ms／kg(17．5 ms／mL group)．The incidence rate of CIP was 100％and the typical symptom of CIP was observed when the treatment groups received injection of Fluorouracil at 350mg／kg(1 5．0 ms／mL group)，with all mice surviving． But those changes were not observed in the control group．Conclusion The stable and effective mouse model of CIP can be established by caudal vein injection of Fluorouracil at doses from 300 mg／kg to 350 ms／kg．

Abstract：0bjective To explore the possibility of applying the bacterial protein ZGB to breeding industry as the protein feed．Methods Mice administrated with residue degradation products of penicillin bacteria at different doses were monitored continuously，and their body weight and deaths were recorded every 10 days．At the end of the experiment，the internal organs of the mice sampled randomly were weighted，and the organ coefficients were calculated．Simultaneously，the related physiological and biochemical indicators of blood were measured．Results (1)Mice in each group were in good spirits，and their feed intake，water consumption，hair coat and feces were normal．Most of the mice survived except that one administrated with 6％bacterial protein ZGB died．(2)Among the groups，there was no significant difference(P>0．05)in body weight．(3)The blood physiological and biochemical indicators were no significant difference(P>0．05)among groups．(4)Compared with the control group，the organ coefficients of treatment groups were no significant difference(P>0．05)．Conclusion The bacterial protein ZGB has a slight effect on body weight and blood physiological and biochemical indicators of mice． Key words：Bacterial protein ZGB；Mice；Physiological and biochemical indicators；Organ coefficient

Abstract： Objective To observe effects of Qingkong disket on migraine of mice induced by reserpine．Methods Using the migraine of mice induced by reserpine to observe the influence of Qingkong disket on the model mice． Results The Qingkong disket could obviously strengthen weight，elevate pain threshold，prolong coagulation time，and prevent excessive decrease in 5-HT of migraine mice induced by reserpine．Conclusion The Qingkong disket has curative effect on migraine of mice induced by reserpine，and provide medical basis for its clinical use．

Abstract： Objective To compare the experimental rat models of myocardial ischemia induced by coronary artery ligature and administration of isoproterenol hydrochloride(ISO)．Methods For coronary artery ligature，the left anterior descending coronary arteries of rats were ligatured，then the ischemie areas about 20％to 50％of the left ventricular wall were observed in the left ventricular lateral wall；for administration of ISO，one-time multisubcutaneous injection of isoproterenol hydrochloride was performed to each rat．Results Eleven of the 1 8 myocardial ischemia rats induced by coronary artery ligature survived，and pathological examination revealed clear myocardial ischemia and reduced cardiac function in 50％of the whole rats；in the ISO·induced group，17 of the 18 model rats survived，and pathological examination revealed a clear lack of blood supply to heart in 80％of the rats．Conclusion Induction of rat myocardial ischemia model by administration of ISO is simple and practical，and results in high survival rate in rats．

Abstract： Objective To investigate and evaluate the effects of the two anesthetic methods，sodium pentobarbital plus isoflurane anesthesia and sodium pentobarbital intravenous anesthesia，in experiments of femur fracture in dogs．Methods Ten dogs were equally divided into A and B groups．After induction of anesthesia by sodium pentobarbital．group A was boosted with 0．8％isoflurane to maintain anesthesia status．Group B was given intravenous sodium pentobarbital anesthesia．During anesthesia，heart rate，blood pressure，oxygen saturation and body temperature were monitored at different time points．The data were analyzed using the SPSS 1 3．0．Results Before and after receiving inhalation anesthesia，group A showed significant difference(P<0．05)in heart rate (HR)，oxygen saturation(SP02)，and body temperature(TPR)after 5 min of treatment．Physiological indexes of the dogs were stable and recovery was fast．In the pentobarbital sodium treated group，only the body temperature (TPR)was significantly different(P<0．05)pre-and post—anesthesia．At 45—60min post anesthesia，the dogs resumed eyelid reflex and muscle tremors，so additional pentobarbital sodium was required．Conclusion The inhalation anesthesia is efficient，acts stably，and makes the recovery fast．

Abstract： Objective To investigate the role of neutrophil elastase inhibitor(Elafin)in pathogenesis of hepatic ischemia—reperfusion injury(HIRI)．Methods The rat model of hepatic ischemia—reperfusion was administrated with Elafin at different doses，and then the levels of ALT，AST and LDH in 8ernm were measured．Meanwhile， pathohistological changes in liver were examined． Results The rats showed severe hepatocytic damage after hepatic ischemia-reperfusion and serum levels of ALT，AST and LDH were significantly raised(P<0．001)． However，those symptoms could be relieved to some extent by preoperative injection of Elafin．Conclusion Neutrophil elastase inhibitor Elafin has a protective effect against hepatic ischemia—reperfusion injury in rats．

Abstract： Objective To determine the therapeutic effect of rhKD／APP var on acute necrosis pancreatitis in rats．Methods Acute necrosis pancreatitis was induced by iniections of odium taurocholate into the main pancreaticduct of rats． Serum amylase and lipase activities of the rats were assayed and histopathological changes were observed after treatment with rhKD／APP var．Results rhKD／APP var inhibited the serum amylase and lipase activities remarkably and ameliorated the histopathological changes of the pancreas．Conclusion rhKD／APP var can suppress pathogenesis of the acute necrosis pancreatltlS in rats．

Abstract： Objective To investigate the lipid—lowering effect of the compound safflower buck capsule in hyperlipidemia rats and its toxicity．Methods Hyperlipidemia rat model was established by high—fat feeding，and then administration of compound safflower capsules was performed by oral gavage．Results and Conclusion The compound safflower buck capsule has a significant lipid—lowering effect on hyperlipidemia rats with no toxicity， which provides an experimental basis for clinic application of the compound safflower buck capsule in hyperlipidemia therapy．

Abstract：0bjective To examine the effect of Fufangdanqin granules in the treatment of experimental vitreous hemorrhage in rabbits．Methods The rabbits with experimental vitreous hemorrhage were divided into two groups： ．the Fufangdanqin granules(8、4、2s／kg body weight)treated group and the entoiodin treated group．After eight— week administration，visibility of the rabbit fundus was examined．The detection rates of erythrocytes，blood clots and organic substances in the vitreous humor were measured respectively，and the macrophages in the pathologic sections were counted under a light microscope．Results The visibility of fundus increased significantly in the Fufangdanqin granules treated group compared with that of the entoiodin treated group．While the detection rates of erythrocytes，blood clot and organic substances in vitreous humor decreased in the Fufangdanqin granule group． The amount of macrophages also increased significantly in the Fuhngdanqin granule group．Conclusions It could be concluded that the Fufangdanqin granules could promote absorption of vitreous hemorrhage and had a beneficial therapeutic effect for vitreous hemorrhage．

Abstract：Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram(ECG)features of rhesus monkeys in consciousness． Methods Sixty healthy rhesus monkeys，2—3 years old，2～3．5 kg，and 30 each gender，were selected．ECG changes of the lead I，Ⅱ，11I，aVR，aVL，aVF in resting conscious monkeys were examined，and the average heaM rate，mean electrical axis，P wave，QRS complex，amplitude of T wave，PR interval，QT interval and so on，were calculated．Results and Conclusions Sinus rhythm was found in all the 60 rhesu8 monkeys．In most of the rhesus monkeys，the P wave was upright in H lead，S wave was absent in 1I、Ul、aVF leads，and there was no Q wave in aVR lead．The average voltage of R wave in female rhesus monkeys was significantly higher than that of the males (P<0．005)．In rhesus monkeys，the P wave is sharp，the QRS is diversified，the QT interval K value is 0．298± 0．030，the ST segment locates at the isoelectric line，and the T wave is smooth in six leads and upright in the II lead．In conclusion，we established the basic ECG data of rhesus monkeys．

Determination of Serum Resistin in Rhesus Monkey by ELISA

Objective To develop the reference values for serum resistin in rhesus monkeys at various ages using ELISA，a rapid quantitative method．Methods The rhesus monkey were divided into three groups(young，adult and elder groups，10 each．group)．Sera were collected and resistin．was detefinined using human—resistin ELISA quantitative detection kit．The OD450 values were analyzed b．y statistic methods。Results The OD450 vslue$ decreased with aging．The mean value was(6 510±1 730)pg／mL in young group，(5 880±l 025)pg／mL in aduh group and(1 760±920)pg／mL in elder group．The value of elder group was significant lower than that of the young group(P<0．0 1)．Conclusion The human—resistin ELISA kit is a quantitative and rapid detection tool for resistin determination．’nle reference values of serum resistin in rhesus monkeys are developed．and they decreased with aging．

It is essential to establish a standard culture system for monoclonal Dugesia japonica strains in the lab， since Dugesia japonica has been considered as a potential model in cell differentiation and embryogenesis studies due to its super regenerative ability．In this study，Dugesia japonica was cut into fragments，which then were cultured and regenerated to monoclonal groups．The monoclonal strain was consisted of 5 groups and the size of each group is from 37 to 45．The current technique for culturing Dugesia japonica may provide an useful tool for subsequent genomic and proteomic studies．
