Models of Damage and Scar on Rabbits’ Corned by CO2 Laser Irradiation

To produce animal models of cornea damage and cornea scar wase de-veloped by using CO2 laser。104 eyes from 52 rabbits which wee divided into four groupswere treated by CO2 laser。As energy densities used was 127,102,51,or 31(J / cm2)respectively,the transcorneal damage it made was anterior segment of eyes, whole corneaor super segment of cornes,the damage area of the corneaes was a littie larger than that ofthe bean from the laser,which was 0.5 cm in diameter。Except the first group,the damagewas limited within the cornea,and recovered by forming scar within one month,The mod-els produeed by this method was proved successfully by it’s easy replication ,high ratio tosuccess and steady changes in same group。 The changes of the injured corneaes were ob-served and described under light and electronic microscope。Preliminary observation wasalso made on the recovery of the injured corneaes。

This paper applied porcine serum and thioacetamide to induce hepaticfibrosis model of rat,and we obsweved change of body weight,morphology,and serologyto compare the two models。The result showed: porcine serum induced model had little in-jury on the whole rat,hepatic fibrosis appeared after 4 weeks,the rate of appearance is86.7%。Serum enzyme content was increased,being stable and reliable。the rate of sponta-neous cure was low。The thioacetamide induced mode had severe injury on whole rat andaffeced the increasing of body weight,Hepatic fibrosis appeared after 6 weeks,the periodwas long,which influenced the experiment。The above result indicated that this experimentinduced the porcine serum model which had not been repo ted in China。porcine serum model is obviously better than thioacetamide mode。

The generative ability and monoclonal antibodies production in ascites be-tween two hybri strains(BALB/ c♂×KM♀, BALB/ c♂×LACA)and BALB/ cmice were compared。 The experiments show that all results of both bybrid strains in genera-tion are better than BALB / c。 The total weaners of two hvbrid strains are l.98 and 2.07 times as many as BALB / c。 The ascites production of(BA LB / c × KM) KCF1 in antimycoplasma pneumoniae is 2.5 times the volume of BALB / c and both titers are equal。The ascites production off(BALB / c♂×LACA) LCF1 in 6 species antibodies are all higher than BALB / c。They are l.17──2.88 times as much as BALB / c individually,and the titers are equal or close to the titers of BALB / c except E10。

Peritoneal adhesion is a common complication of abdominal surgery。 It is alsoa major cause of peritoneal dialysis failure。We studied the effect of intraperitoneal solubleand insoluble phosphatidylcholine on postoperative peritoneal adhesions in rats。The meanadhesion score(MAS)in the saline group(n=15) was 2.5, which was significantly higherthan that of the soluble phosphatidycholine group (MAS=1.3,n=15),but significantly low-er than that of the insoluble phosphatidylcholine group(MAS=3.4,n=15)。This resuIt sug-gest that intraperitoneal soluble phosphatidylcholine may prevent postoperative peritonealadhesion effectively。
