There are 10 index of hematology,8 of blood biochemistry and 6 7 of or-gan weights of Wistar rats with age 2、 5 and 8 monthes were determined and compared.The results revealed that when the rats grew older,the values of RBC、HGB、GPT、GOT and TP of blood were uprised,The weight liver and kidney got lower.However,thevalue of the BIL of blood was changed with 8 monthes> 2 monthes> 5 monthes,and therelative weights of testes were changed with 5 monthes> 8 monthes > 2 monthes.

The contents of progesterone and estradiol cytosolic receptor in rat uteruswere measured by Dextran-CharcoalAssay.The content of those receptors showed acyclical fluctuation during the estrous cycle in rats.and there was a negative correlation inthe content of cytosolic progesterone receptor with progesterone level in serum.But thecontents of cytosolic progesterone or estradiol receptor in two homs were similar at any phase of estrous cycle in rats

xiang pigs were divided into 5 groups.The pigs in groups 1,2,3 and 4were injicted intravenously with 20u,10u,5u and 2.5u pituitrin,respectively.The ECG wasrecordedby means of a model-362 polygraph made in Japan at 0’,1’,3’,5’,and 10’after injection.The results showed that the myocardial ischemia of ECG caused by pituitrinwas of typical and regular pattern The major changes included slowed heart rate,S-Tsegment depression,depressed T wave, biphasic T wave and inverted T wave.The extent ofS T segment depression and depth of inverted T wave were related to the doses of pituitrin.The changes in ECG were the most obvious 5m in after injection.The ECG returned tonormal 10 min after iniection.The pigs in the fifth group as a control were injected with0.9% NaCl solution and their ECG showed no changes.

Detecting the nucleic acid content in the liver tissues of rats,nucleic acid content inthe liver tissues of rats,rabbits and toads by means of colorimetry,we found that among the nucleicacid content in liver tissues,Toads occupy the first place,rats come the second and rabbits the third.Asfor RNA/DNA ratio,rats the first.rabbits the second,and the third.The result shows thatthe nucleic acid in the liver tissues of theseanimals is correlated with RNA/DNA ratio,not with evolution.

Blood transfusion was carried out in 42 rabbits to studies compatibility.Large quantities of blood can be transfused in rabbits from any donor to any recipient.Ir-respective of their groups the blood transfused may reach up to 20% of the recipient'sblood volume without any change at the first blood transfusion.Although a series of bloodgroups have been confirmed,the antigenicity may be too weak to cause hemolysis.Therabbit could be considered as an ideal animal model of blood transfusion.
