BALB/c Mice had been fed with FYC Nutritional Liquor for 15 days. The foot-plate swelling and the amount of plaque forming cell of spleen increased obviously. It showed that the liquor could improve cell immunity and humoral immunity of BALB/c mice.

he L5178Y, P815 tumor-bearing DBA/2 mice injected with Sh.dysenteriae showed a high potential immunity.The potential cytostatic effect on tumor cells was detected in the peritoneal macrophages, but not in the nonadherent spleen cells, On the other hand, nonadherent spleen cells from the tumor-bearing mice ,when mixed with Sh. dysenteriae induced macrophages, exhibited a specifical potential antitumor effect.

e injected 5% alloxan (200mg/kg body weight) into the bodies of minipigs through v.cava cranialis, and determined respectively the blood biochemical indexes of the minipigs at 4、7、11、19、24、36、48、72、96、120hr after the injection; At 72hr, we also carried on glucose endurance test, and at last did the morphological inspect.The result indicated that the measure of blood glucose of the experimented group was obviously higher than that of the controlled group, and its glucose endurance test was abnormal. The measure of the total serum protein of the experimented group presented declining tendency during 2-3 days after the injection. The urine glucose of the experimented group turned positive, and the urine glucose of the controlled group presented negative. On pathological morphology, the epithelial cells in zona fasciculata of the adrenal cortex was denatured, the cell endoplasm presented empty putty state, partly district of the nucleus strongly dyed; The epithelial cell in zona reticularis of the adrenal cortex presented empty puffy state. The other apparatus of all minipigs such as pancreas、myocardium、liver、spleen、lung、stomach intestine、aorta、thyroid gland were not found unusual.

rinking natural mineral water is a kind of beverage on health protection. It was with extensively biological effects because of containing a lot of elements needed for human, but only a few reports of the healthy effects of mineral water have been reported. In this article, we studied the antihyperlipidemic action of drinking mineral water. It was noticed that average values of the rat blood TC and TG decreased markedly after drinking natural mineral water. The results showed a statistically significant difference in blood TC and TG between before and after drinking mineral water (P<0.05).

Restenosis was the main long-term complication of vascualr angioplasty ,By combining both endothdlial injury and hypercholesterol diet, we induced rabbit iliac aretry atherosclerotic stenosis and accomplished angioplasty on it. Thus, we mimiced the pathologcal process of restenosis after vacular angioplasty and made an annimal model of it . We found that the basic lesions, the manifestation before and after angioplasty and formation of restenosis were all similar to that of humanbeings. We concluded that this animal model was satisfactory and could be used to investigate the prcess of restenosis after angioplasty.

The liver cirrhosis model was established in Wistar rats with CCl_4 injection. The results showed that liver cirrhotic rat model was easily set up with CCl_4 injection. The pathological change of liver of rats was similar to that of human beings. It canbe concluded that CCl_4-induced liver cirrhosis models is suitable for studying on liver cirrhosis.

n this article,we acquired dialysis factors from tissues of brain,heart,liver,muscle, testis, kidney, lung and spleen of SD rats. S-180 bearing Kunming mice and S180-bearing BLAB/c mice are as animal models. The experimental results indicated that dialysis factors of heart, muscle and liver can significantly prolong the survival time of S180-bearing Kunming mice, and those of heart and kidney inhibited the growth of S180 in the BALB/c mice.

ffects of mixed extracts of some Rhodiola from Tibet on immune function have been studied in experiments on BALB/c mice. The experiments included relative weights of spleen and thymus, delayed hypersensitivity, plaque forming cell assay and macroplage function assay. The results showed that the mixed extracts (500～2000 mg/kg..bw.d for 14 days) could increase the weight of thymus, the thickness of foot-plate and the amount of forming cells of BALB/c mice. So the mixed extracts of some Rhodiola from Tibet could improve the function of humoral immunity and cell immunity.

he contents of tracl-elements of Zn, Cu were determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometry of wet digestion in the spleen of mouse after the fatigue test of swimming , the endure of lack oxygen, cold resistant and anti-high temperature were made in mice. The results showed that Zn contents of spleen were of decrease (p<005),Cu contents were of the increase (p<001) in various stresses, comparing with the control group.
