Abstract: Abstract:The article discuss about pathogen，epizootiologic features，clinical course，signs，pathological features， possible transmission mechanisms and diagnosis of Corynebacterium bovis infection． And combine research advances of Corynebacterium bovis infection in the field，explore the practical methods to prevent and treat Corynebacterium － associated hyperkeratosis．
