Abstract: Abstract:Objective To understand the Research progress of Rotavirus in experimental animal models,provide the basis for the further improvement of Rotavirus in experimental animal model. Method At home and abroad in recent years about the Rotavirus infection animal model research literature,the different types of animal models were summarized. Result The class of experimental animal models were analyzed by the research progress,with a view to provide a reference scientific and rational choice Rotavirus scientific research animal models. Conclusion Experimental animal disease animal model of Rotavirus infection of disease occurrence,development mechanism and an essential part of drug development has extremely important role.

摘要: 摘要: 目的 了解轮状病毒实验动物模型的研究进展,为进一步完善轮状病毒实验动物模型提供依据。方法 查 阅近几年国内外有关轮状病毒感染动物模型研究文献,对不同类型的动物模型进行综述。结果 经对该类实验动 物模型研究进展进行总结分析,以期能为科学合理地选择轮状病毒动物模型进行科学研究提供一定的参考。结论 实验动物疾病动物模型对开展轮状病毒感染疫病的发生、发展机制与药物研发具有不可或缺且极其重要的作用。
