Abstract: The Purpose of this review is to discuss the ideal hepatic fibrosis animal model. In this review, rat, as laboratory animal, is suitable for the model; The model-making methods include Carbon tetracholride (CCl4), Bovine serum albumia (BSA), CCl4+BSA,Dimethylnitrosamine (DMN), Alcohol and Complex factors are discussed, as well as the hepatic pathological changes in each kind of model.

摘要: 为探讨理想的肝纤维化动物模型,本文主要以大鼠为实验动物,综述了采用四氯化碳、血清白蛋白、四氯化碳+白蛋白、二甲基亚硝胺、乙醇及复合因素等造模方法,同时讨论了每一种模型的肝病理性变化。
