基于数据挖掘的肺纤维化动物模型应用分析

摘要: 目的 研究肺纤维化动物模型造模特点,为建立稳定可靠的肺纤维化动物模型提供参考。 方法 通过检索 肺纤维化动物模型的文献,建立数据库,对实验动物种类、造模方法、给药途径、高频检测指标等进行归纳分析。 结果 共纳入 178 篇文献,肺纤维化动物模型中应用最多的是 Wistar 大鼠( 54 次,占比 28. 72%) ,其次是 SD 大鼠 (51 次,占比 27. 13%) 。 使用最多的小鼠模型为 C57BL / 6 小鼠(48 次,占比 25. 53%) ,倾向于雄性,频数为 112 次, 占比 59. 57%;造模方法多采用博来霉素诱导(134 次,占比 71. 28%) ,二氧化硅诱导( 25 次,占比 13. 30%) ;检测最 多的指标为肺组织病理( 125 次,占比 24. 18%) ,肺匀浆上清生化指标( 66 次,占比 12. 77%) ,肺组织病理评分( 48 次,占比 9. 28%) ,肺组织免疫组化(43 次,占比 8. 32%) 。 结论 通过对肺纤维化动物模型制备方法及关键指标进 行总结分析,为提高其动物模型的成功率提供参考,以期为肺纤维化的研究提供基础。

Abstract: Objective To study the modeling characteristics of pulmonary fibrosis models ( PF models) in animals and to provide references for the establishment of stable and reliable animal models of pulmonary fibrosis. Method The research articles on animal models of pulmonary fibrosis were retrieved to establish a database. The types of experimental animals, modeling method, positive drug types, highfrequency detection indicators,etc. ,were summarized and analyzed. Result A total of 178 articles were included. The most commonly used animals for the PF models were Wistar rats (54 times, 28. 72%) , SD rats (51 times, 27. 13%) , and C57BL / 6 mice ( 48 times, 25. 53%) , which tended to be male ( 112 times, 59. 57%) . Most modeling method were BLM-induced model ( 134 times, 71. 28%) and silica-induced model ( 25 times, 13. 30%) . The most detected indicators were lung histopathology ( 125 times, 24. 18%) , biochemical index of lung homogenate supernatant (66 times, 12. 77%) , lung histopathology scores ( 48 times, 9. 28%) and immunohistochemistry of lung tissue ( 43 times, 8. 32%) . Conclusion By summarising and analysing the preparation method and key indicators of PF animal models, this study provided references for improving the success rate of modeling in animals, with a view to providing a basis for the research of PF.
