    Abstract: Objective To analyse the difference of hematology and serum biochemistry results between PLC ( knockout homozygotic type( - / - ) and wild type( + / + ) mice. Methods 20 PLC( knockout homozygotic type ( - / - ) and 20 wild type( + / + ) mice were selected,to measure the 8 clinical normal values of hematology and 11 clinical normal values of serum biochemistry,and to make contrast analysis between the male and female and between different genotype. Results WBC、RBC、HCT、MCH in wild type( + / + ) and PLT in homozygotic type ( - / - ) mice between female and male had significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) ; and MCV and MCH of wild type ( + / + ) mice were higher than homozygotic type( - / - ) ( P < 0. 05) ; ALB、GLU、TC in wild type( + / + ) and ALP、TG in homozygotic type( - / - ) mice between female and male had significant difference( P < 0. 05) ; and TBIL of wild type( + / + ) mice were lower than homozygotic type ( - / - ) mice ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The quantity( 7) of hematology and serum biochemistry results having difference between female and male in wild type ( + / + ) mice was more than that( 3) of homozygotic type( - / - ) mice. 2 hematology and 1 serum biochemistry results had significant difference between wild type( + / + ) and homozygotic type( - / - ) mice.
