The report descrihed plasma ANP level and some trace elements level in rats. Plasma ANP content was found to he significantly higher in Zinc group than in Copper group and control group (P<0.001). The level of plasma ANP in copper group was remarkly decreased to he lower than in control group (p<0.05). serum copper concentra tion in copper group were higher than in Zinc group and control group. There was a significant negtive correlation hetween the level of ANP and copper level in the copper group. There also was a closely posi- tive correlation hetween ANP level and Zinc level in Zinc group. Some se- ienium and Lithum level were measured at same time. The data presented here showed ANP and trace elements were some relationship.
