Abstract: The paper reports a methood, cellulose acetate membrane of proteins and isoenzymes. It based on internal experimental conditions and mate- tials. Themethod is simple and accurate, it popularize easily at home.

摘要： <正> 生化标志基因检测(同功酶电泳法)是监测实验动物遗传质量的一项新技术。由于国内采用的电泳支持物及药品等均与国外有一定差异,所以实验技术条件若仍完全参照国外资料,结果往往不甚满意或完全失败。我们在采用国内器材后,对原有实验方法进行了改进,并得到了满意的结果。本文将我们的方法做一介绍,并拟就若干技术问题进行讨论,望能有助于这项技术在国内的普及。
