The Paper report the electrophoertograms of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),esterase(Es),amylase (Amy ),alkaline phosphatase (Akp of serums in Rhesus monkey by discontinuous polyacrylamidelgel electrophoresis method, the four kinds of isozymes patterns show genetic variability in Macaca mu-atta Es-1 ,Es-3, Es-5 are not different, but Es-2 and Es-4 have genetic polymorphism.

: By anaesthesia on 66 varlous month-old healthy Beagle dogs with 3 percent pe-ntboarbital sodium,9-1inked cardiongraphy and analysis were committed.The results indicated : healthy Beagle dog took sinus cadiac rhythm: the rate of brough-up dogsjunior to 30 month old averaged 173. 8 per minute. Dogs kept for covering(senior to 50 month-old) 131.7per minute. Dealing with the two statistically, extremely obvious discrepancy was found between them.Wave Pintervals averaged 0.051 ±0. 013 second, the vibrating extent of wave P averaged 0.061mv.In linkage Ⅱ. straightstanding wave P took 92. 6percent, in linkage a V Rinverting wave P took 98.75percentl; intervals of wave QRS averaged 0.27 ± 0.005 second and ranged from 0.02 to 0.04 second in linkage,Ⅱ. In .all linkages, wave r took the leading role in Ⅰ(51. 85 percent), Rs inⅡ (50 percent),Qr and qr in aVR (39.89 percent and 31.48 percent). Wave T stood straight mostly in linkage Ⅰ.Ⅱ.Ⅲ. aVF. Vl. V2.V3 while inverted mostly in aVL(89.2 percent and 73.1 percent).wave T took the same direction with QRS. The vibrating extentof T averaged 0.137mv. The intervals of P-R ranged from 0.075 to 0.140 second. NO obvious drifting of segment of S-Twas found in the 9 linkages. The intervals of P-P were below 0.01 second.

Studies concerning the feasibility of rearing Xiphophorus helleri using areificial formuladiet to replace living natural food was discussed in this paper.Results indicated that the fish growthrate of artificial formula diet group was lower than that of living natural food。but no significantdifference in survival, gondal development and chemical composition was found between two groups.These results lay the foundation of formulating nutrient standard for Xiphorus helleri in future.

Stuty of spontaneous animal neoplasms in the nude miceinbreeding population during 6 years.

Spontaneous neoplasms of 466 NC nude mouse under SPF breeding condition were obser-ved during 6 years. Those animals included 164 homozygote male mouse (nu/nu) and 3O2 heterzygote female mouse (nu/+),On the average, per animal was observed for more than 7 months.Every animal was grossly examined in detail before being abandoned and those of them with gross alteration were futher diagnosed under lighl microscope or electronmicroscope, Most of Cases of neoplasms were defined by combination with plantability between passges. Tbere were totally 7 cases of neoplasms found in 5 homozygote mouse(♂, nu/nu)and in 2 heterzygote mouse(♀, nu/),The result indicated that, und-er the same breeding condition, the incidence of spontaneous neoplasm (3.O4%)of nude mice (♀,nu/nu)was significantly more than the incidence(0. 66%)of the heterzygot nude mice with thymus(P<0. 55),Futbermore,the mean age occuring tnmor in the former was lower than in the later. Above result sup-ported the suggestion that the spontaneous neoplasm incldence in nude mice with immunodeficiency wan1ice was higher than in its homologous mice with normal immune system, and show that the spontaneous neoplasms in NC nude mice derived mainly from epidermis. By combination with the results of the other articles,the authors consider that,correct conclusion can only be gotten through comparing the neoplasm inci-dence of the nude mice with athymuia with the nude mice with thymus in the same nude nice populat-ion under the same conditions: living environment, observaticon period, homologus strain and gene background, and pathologic examination is also necessary.
