Taking the normal phenotype rat whose litter-mate Suffered from hydrocephalus as generation Fo,inbreeding,the incidence of hydrocephalus among the generation increased from 1·9% to 17.%.system Pxo-Bxs was established for species Preservation and breeding.The physiologically spontaneous hydrocephalus similar to human hydrocephalus,So it will be an ideal animal model for the study of human hydrocephalus.

The changes of serum total TG,TC,ApoB and TxB2,6-Keto-PGF12 were studied in the rabbits before and after two weeks sausage,The rusults showed that TG,TC,TXB2 all rose apparently and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The facts that serum TG Values increased 15.4 times and TC 3.3 times were denfical to the model of hyperlipemia.

ll rats were tested for M.Pulmonis identification.In site of both respiratory and reproductive tracl,M.PuLMonis was separted from seven rats.Respiratory but reoroductive tract,M.Pulmonis was found in three rats.Neither respiratory nor reproductive tract,M.Pulmonis was found in three rats.Neither respiratory nor reproduetive tract,M.Pulmonis was observed in one rat.The relationship of M.Pulmonis contagion between respiratory and reproductive tract deserves to study deeply.

This paper reports the cataract formed the time and incidence in different age Wistar rats after ip 50% D-galactose and compared the different methods coping model of galactosemic cataract.The results indicate the rat at age of 4-5 weeks is suitable for the experiment and ip is most favourable for formation of cataract.

The Liu-wei-di-Huang Tang used for the treatment of mice model of type of disease of deficience of yin improve to the symptoms and,raise live rate,and alleviate the pathologic damages.We have also discovered that Liu-Wei-Di-Huang Tang could increase the hepatic glycogen content of the mice of type of disease of deficience of yin only,and made many unusual enzymes in liver return to normal.But the result of the Liu-Wei-Di-Huang Tang for the mice of type of disease of deficece of yang was invalid.
