    Skin transplantation. hair gene and routine hemological test and so onbiologioal characteristics of CXA-1r-inbred mice have been Performed.The resuftsshowed that there were no reiection reaction to appear following skin syngenesioplastictransplantation moreman 100 days.Nair gene expressed aa,bb, cc,DD types and A. Bsites both were homozygous.Routine hemological index and contents of serum proteinall were within the normal ranges.These datas can be used as for references in the sci-entific experiments using CXA-1r-inbred mice.

    Superovulation induced with hCG and PMSG was performed in vir-ginal rabbits whose breed,age and body weight were limited under same conditions.Before intravenousl injection with hCG unchangeably at 50IU / kg,rabbits were treat-ed by intramuscular injection with dif ferent dosages of PMSG at 20IU,30IU,40IU,50IU and 60IU per kilogram body weight.The corresponding average value in numberof embryos frOm every group superovulation-treated donors was 10.0±5.7,16.3±12.0,20.1±7.3,17.5± 9.9 and 9.7± 4. 7 respectively.As a result,the effectivesuperovulation was significantly elicited with PMSG at 40IU / kg as hCG at 50IU/ kgstrictly.Similarly, with PMSG being given at fixed dosage,40IU / kg,superovulatorytreatment was carried out with different dosage of hCG at 50IU / kg,70IU / kg and90IU/ kg separatively,the average value ofobtained embryos(AVE)were 22.3±10.5,22.8± 14. 8 and 26.0± 18.4 respectively.With the increase of dosage of hCG, thesuperovulatory effect gradually showed some improvement,but no significant differ-ences among three AVEs were indicated.The conclusion demonstrated that lower orhigher dosage of PMSG negativly affected the superovulatory performance in rabbits;whereas increasing at dosage of hCG had the advantage of that at dosage of PMSG inovulating rate and harvesting embryos.

    The reproductive performance and growth were observ of inbred NJSstrain mouse bred bV authors.The results showed that the renoductive performanceand growth of NJS strain were decreased than that of original KM closed colony as aresuIt of continuous brother-sister mating and directive breeding.The main reproduc-tive indexes:birth litter sizes 7.6± 1.6,weaning litter sizes 6.2±1.3,weaning livability80.5± 25.2%,reproductive cycle 47.1±11.4d,birth weight l.55± 0.12g,weaningweight 10.35± 0.95g.The body weight of male at 30、 60、 90 days was 17.0±2.1 /g.27.8±1.7/ g,31.8± 2.1 / g,and that of female was 15.8± 0.9/g,23.5±1.4g,25.5±1.6 /g,respectively. Compared as other inbred strains,NJS strain was similar toC57BL /6,and higher than BALB / c,DBA /2 in the reproductive performance(p<0.01).It was similar to BALB/ c,and higher than C57BL/ 6,DBAJ/2 in growth(p<0.01)。

    The nutrition of feeds has already been considered signiflcantly.How-ever,there are not many units in which the nutritional components of feeds can be de-tected most small or middle units and remote districts skort of technique introduce theformula of feeds,paying attention to the ratio of grains,beans and animal Naleriate,but lacking knowledge with nutritional components which materials consist ofand thiscannot meet the nutritional demands of experimental animals.It does not only influ-ence the reproductive function of experimental animal,but also endangers theconclusional judgement of animal experment.To solve this problem,we have collectedand sorted out the nutritional value that all kinds of materials consist and comparedwith the detective analytical valve of feeds nutrition,and also have made up the feedsformula of our hospital,processed it into Balance pellet feed all nutrition have achievedgood results.

    Amount of corpora lutea in ovigerous and embrvos in uterus were ob-served to more 1han 10d pregnant of the female KM with randomly mated colonies,inbred female C57BL/ 6j,inbred female BALB /c,hybrid female(DBA / 2×LCEB)F1 and hybrid female(C5BL/6j×LCEB)F1 in mice on the investigation. Theirresults were observed in five experiment groups fsee table 1,2).The reproductive poten-tial showed a signiflcant difference(P< 0.01)between left and right reproductive or-gans in the inbred C57BL/6j experiment group.These reproductive potential differ-ences are not markedly different(P>0.05)between left and right reproductive organsin others experiment groups.Because their genetic backgrounds are different so thatgenetic polymorphisms were showed in themselves reproductive gene control.
