Abstract: Objective To determine the acute toxicity (LD 50 ) of SJAMP(stichopus japonicus acid mucopolysaccharide) via intramuscular injection on rats and mice. Methods LD 50 were tested by simplified probit method. Results The mice were injected with SJAMP intramuscularly, LD 50 was(598 81±60 81)mg/kg. LD 50 of male and female mice were(652 42±85 31)and (578 16±88 68) mg/kg,respectively ( P >0 05). The rats were injected with SJAMP intramuscularly, LD 50 was (566 09±85 17) mg/kg. Conclusion The acute toxicity of SJAMP im was significantly lower than intravenous or intraperitoneal injection. The main fatal cause of SJAMP im on animals was hemorrhage.

摘要: 目的 观察大鼠及小鼠肌肉注射刺参酸性粘多糖 (SJAMP)的急性毒性反应。方法 采用简化机率法测定LD50 。结果 小鼠肌肉注射SJAMP的LD50 为 ( 5 98 81± 6 0 81)mg/kg。雄性及雌性小鼠的LD50 分别为 ( 6 5 2 4 2±85 31)和 ( 5 78 16± 88 6 8)mg/kg(P >0 0 5 )。大鼠肌肉注射SJAMP的LD50 为 ( 5 6 6 0 9± 85 17)mg/kg。结论 SJAMP肌肉注射的毒性明显低于其腹腔或静脉注射 ,SJAMP肌肉注射的致死原因主要是出血。
