Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of extracted liquid of alcohol in cortex mori on glucose and serum lipid in diabetic rats. Methods The diabetic rats were pured into stomach with extracted Liquid of alcohol in cortex mori(2g/d) to measure the levels of glucose and lipid after 30 days. Result In the experimental group,the level of glucose was decreased from(20 4±0 6)mmol/L to(12 0±0 7)mmol/L, with significantly difference ( t=2 35,P <0 05),but the level of serum lipid was not significantly different (t=0 83,P>0 05). Conclusion The extracted liquid of alcohol in cortex mori is effective on lowering the glucose of diabetic rats, but not effective on serum lipid.

摘要： 目的　观察桑白皮水 醇提取物对糖尿病大鼠血糖和血脂的影响。方法　对实验性糖尿病大鼠以 2g d桑白皮醇提取液予以灌胃 ,观察 30d ,测定各组血糖、血脂水平。结果　实验组血糖由 ( 2 0 4± 0 6 )mmol/L下降至 ( 12 0±0 7)mmol/L ,有显著性意义 (t=2 35 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,但实验组血脂给药前、后无显著性差异 (t=0 83,P >0 0 5 ) ;结论　桑白皮水 醇提取物对实验性糖尿病大鼠具有降血糖作用 ,但对血脂无影响
