Abstract: Objective To identify the reference limitation of fasting blood glucose ( FBG) and fasting serum insulin ( FINS) among pregnant SD rats. Method Three Chinese databases and 6 English databases were retrieved from January 2014 to December 2020 including CNKI, Wan Fang, VIP, Web of Science, The Cochrane Library, Scopus, PubMed, EmBase and MEDLINE. The data in these obtained references were extracted based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The quality of these references was evaluated by SYRCLE’ s risk of bias tool for animal studies. The statistical software STATA 15. 0 was used to do the Meta-analysis of Single Group Continuous Variables. Weighted mean difference ( WMD) and 95% confidence interval ( CI) were used for combined statistic calculation. Result Four hundred and twenty-eight rats were included in these 37 articles. According to the systematic review and Meta-analysis, the upper reference limit of FBG and FINS on week 0, week 1, week 2 and week 3 among these pregnant rats were 5. 51 mmol / L( FBG) and no statistical data ( FINS) , 6. 92 mmol / L( FBG) and 15. 66 mIU / L( FINS) ,6. 64 mmol / L( FGB) and 15. 98 mIU / L( FINS) , together with 7. 04 mmol / L( FGB) and 15. 63 mIU / L( FINS) , respectively. Conclusion The reference limitation of FBG and FINS among pregnant SD rats determined by Meta-analysis would guide the related experiments about detecting FBG and FINS among pregnant SD rats, and thus reduce the error among experiments in the future.

摘要： 目的 确定妊娠 SD 大鼠空腹血糖( FBG)和空腹胰岛素( FINS)指标的参考值上限。 方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Scopus、PubMed、EMBase 和MEDLINE 共 9 个中英文数据库中与妊娠SD大鼠血糖有关文献,检索时限为 2014 年 1 月—2020 年 12 月。 严格按照纳入和排除标准,对检索到的文献进行筛选和数据提取。 采用 SYRCLE 动物实验偏倚风险评估工具进行文献质量评价,以加权均数差( WMD) 和 95%可信区间( CI)作为合并统计量,应用 STATA 15. 0 统计软件进行单组连续变量 Meta 分析。 结果  纳入37篇文献,包含428只大鼠。系统评价和 Meta 结果 显示妊娠大鼠FBG 和 FINS 的参考值上限分别为妊娠第0周的5. 51 mmol / L( FBG ) 及 无 统 计 数 据 ( FINS ) ; 第 1 周 6. 92 mmol / L ( FBG ) 和 15. 66 mIU / L ( FINS ) 、 第2周的6. 64 mmol / L( FBG)和 15. 98 mIU / L( FINS) 及第 3 周的 7. 04 mmol / L( FBG) 和 15. 63 mIU / L( FINS) 。 结论 通过Meta 分析确定妊娠 SD 大鼠 FBG 和 FINS 的参考值上限,为相关实验提供依据,以期减少实验误差。
