Abstract: Abstract: Objective To study the efficacy of Xiaozhangmingmu capsules on the preventing and treating of cataracts induced by D-galactose． Method The model of D-galactose-induced cataract in rats was established by means of intraperitoneal injection and oral administration of D-galactose． The opacities of eye lens were compared and analyzed with the slit lamp． Simultaneously，the contents of SOD，MDA and GSH-Px in lenses were assayed． Result Xiaozhangmingmu capsules could delay the advance of cataract，decrease significantly the content of MDA，Increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px． Conclusion Xiaozhangmingmu capsules can delay the appearance and lessen the extent of cataracts induced by D-galactose．

摘要： 摘要: 目的观察消障明目胶囊对大鼠半乳糖性白内障的预防和治疗作用。方法使用D － 半乳糖制作大白鼠眼白内障模型，裂隙灯观察白内障情况，检测晶体SOD、MDA 和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( GSH-Px) 含量。结果服用消 障明目胶囊能有效地延缓受试大鼠白内障的进展，降低晶体混浊度，生化指标显示该药能降低MDA 的含量，增加 SOD 和GSH-Px 水平。结论消障明目胶囊对半乳糖性白内障有推迟发生和减轻白内障程度的作用。
