Abstract: Abstract: The skin is the largest body's organ，and also the first natural barrier to protect the body from the invasion of chemicals． The chemicals often cause the allergic contact dermatitis． Traditionally，the guinea pig sensitization test is often used to evaluate the allergenicity of chemicals． However，as this test has some disadvantages such as too long test cycle，and subjective and variable results，and collides with animal welfare and protection，an alternative test has become the inevitable trend of development． This article reviews the alternative tests in the study on skin allergy in the recent years．

摘要： 摘要: 皮肤是人体最大的器官，也是外源化学物入侵机体的第一道天然屏障。化学物作用于皮肤常常导致接触性 过敏性皮炎。传统上常常采用豚鼠致敏试验来评价化学物的致敏性。然而，动物试验周期长，结果主观性强，变异 程度大，加之如今动物保护主义对动物福利的呼声高涨，替代试验成为必然的发展趋势。本文拟就近年来在皮肤 变态反应研究中的替代试验方法进行综述。
