Abstract: Abstract: Intervertebral disc degeneration ( IDD) is a disease with high incidence and mutilation rates，and the main etiologic factor of low back pain in clinic and loss of ability to work． To establish an economic，reliable，and reproducible animal model is a primary premise for studying the pathological and physiological changes of intervertebral disc degeneration． In this review we compare and evaluate five common methods for establishing rabbit intervertebral disc degeneration model in recent years．

摘要： 摘要: 椎间盘退行性变疾病是一类具有高发病率及高致残率的疾病，是临床上引起腰背痛致使工作能力丧失的最 主要病因。建立经济、可靠、重复性好的椎间盘退变动物模型，是实验研究椎间盘退变病理生理学变化的首要前 提。因此，综合分析和评价近年来常用的实验兔椎间盘退变模型构建方法，对制备椎间盘退行性变模型在实践上 具有参考意义。
