Abstract:  Objective To investigate the anti—inflammatory and immunological effects of Guben Zhike Pingchuan Granule．Methods The anti．inflammatory effect was studied on the acute and the chronic inflammation models induced by xylene and agar，The effect of Guben Zhike Pingchuan Granule on the humoral and the cellular immunity induced by chicken red blood cells and 2．4-dinitr-ochlorobenzene was investigated．Results Guben Zhike Pingchuan Granule significantly prevented the acute and the chronic inflammation，and modulates the humoral and the cellular immunity．Conclusion Guben Zhike Pingchuan Granule has anti-inflammatory and immunemodulatory effects．

摘要： 目的观察固本止咳平喘颗粒的抗炎、免疫作用。方法用二甲苯及琼脂建立炎症模型观察固本止咳平喘 颗粒对急性炎症及慢性炎症的作用；从体液免疫和细胞免疫两方面观察固本止咳平喘颗粒的免疫作用。结果固 本止咳平喘颗粒可明显对抗急性炎症和慢性炎症，对体液免疫和细胞免疫具有调节作用。结论固本止咳平喘颗 粒有较好的抗炎和免疫调节作用。
