Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of Belamcanda chinensis extract on mouse immune function．Methods Immunosuppressive mouse model induced by cyclophosphamide was employed to determine the carbon clearance index of reticuloendothelial cell(RES，mononuclear macrophage)after peritoneal injection of the Indian ink，and the effect of Belamcanda chinensis extract on the nonspecific immune function was examined．The serum hemolysin level was tested to survey the effect of Belamcanda chinensis extract on the humoral immunity．Results Belamcanda chinensis extract could enhance the phagocytosis of the mouse reticuloendothelial cells，and the producing of hemolysin．Conclusion Belamcanda chinensis extract significantly improves nonspecific and specific immunologic function in mice．

摘要： 摘要：目的研究射干提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法以环磷酰胺制备小鼠免疫低下模型，测定腹腔注射 印度墨汁后小鼠网状内皮细胞(RES，单核巨噬细胞)炭粒廓清指数，观察其对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响；通过 测定正常小鼠血清溶血素水平观察射干提取物对小鼠体液免疫的影响。结果射干提取物可增强小鼠网状内皮 细胞的吞噬功能；促进抗体溶血素的产生。结论射干提取物对非特异性免疫功能和特异性免疫功能都有增强的 作用。
