Abstract: Abstract: Specific Pathogen Free ( SPF) chickens or chicken embryos are widely used as materials for biological product and detection of human and animal． They are important to the research，production，and detection in agricultural，medical，and biological areas． In this study，we summarize the quality control standard，quality monitoring technique of SPF chickens and chicken embryos． Additionally，the breeding of SPF chicken and the development of SPF chicken industry in China are also present．

摘要： 摘要: SPF 鸡及鸡胚被大量用于人和兽用生物制品的生产基质和质量检定材料，在农业科学、医学科学和生物制品等领域的研究、生产、检定工作中有非常重要的作用。本文总结了SPF 鸡及鸡胚的微生物质量控制标准、质量监测技术，以及我国SPF 鸡培育和产业发展概况。
