Abstract: Abstract: Present status and problems of laboratory animal staff education and training in Chinese center for disease control and prevention were investigated and analyzed，mechanism of laboratory animal staff education and training was established and improved． We are making great efforts to training and construction of talent team，improving team of laboratory animal staff with high professional diathesis and specialized skills for promoting the rapid development of the laboratory animals．

摘要： 摘要: 通过对中国疾病预防控制中心实验动物从业人员现状调查，分析实验动物从业人员培训中存在的问题，建立和完善适合本中心实验动物从业人员岗位培训机制。重视从业人员上岗培训和人才队伍的建设，提高实验动物人才队伍专业素质和专业技术水平，促进实验动物工作的快速发展。
