Abstract: Abstract: Laboratory animal welfare and ethics has become an important part of the quality assurance system of laboratory animal． Besides the introduction of the core content，management mode and method of administration of laboratory animal in some developed countries，the author puts forward the suggestions and prospects for the construction of animal management mode suitable to the situation in China，and introduces the research progress in the process of developing laboratory animal institutional accreditation system and the demonstration on accreditation of a laboratory animal institution．

摘要： 摘要: 实验动物福利和伦理已经成为实验动物质量保障体系构建过程中需关注的重要内容。本文在介绍部分国外发达国家实验动物管理的核心、管理模式和管理方法的基础上，对构建适合我国国情的实验动物管理模式提出了设想和展望，并介绍了我国目前正在构建的实验动物机构认可制度的研究进展及认可示范情况。
