Abstract: Abstract: To comply with the trend of informationization,it is very necessary to share the information resources on laboratory animal quality inspection for government management. Based on the correct understanding of the content of the information resources on laboratory animal quality inspection and the specific analysis of the current information shared situation,this article systematically discussed the mechanism for shared and coordinated solution of the information resources on laboratory animal quality inspection.

摘要: 摘要: 目的繁殖和鉴定ApoE - / - 小鼠,建立血管损伤模型,为进一步研究动脉粥样硬化奠定基础。方法将引进的小鼠采用1 只雌性与1 只雄性同笼的方式进行繁殖。从子代小鼠尾巴中提取DNA,用PCR 法和琼脂糖凝胶电泳法鉴定小鼠的基因型。获取ApoE - / - 纯合子小鼠,并绘制其0 ~ 20 周龄生长曲线。采用油红O 脂类染色法从血管形态学方面观察ApoE - / - 小鼠。结果成功繁育出的ApoE - / - 纯合小鼠较C57 小鼠生长缓慢,且20 周龄ApoE - / -小鼠血管有明显损伤。结论利用ApoE - / - 纯合子小鼠能够建立良好的血管损伤模型。
