Abstract: Abstract: Laboratory animal is the indispensable experimental material for teaching and research in life science．However，problems on the source of the animals，setup of the animal laboratory for teaching，and lack of biosafety awareness make the safety risk stay commonly in medical colleges． In this review，the importance of biosafety to the teaching using laboratory animals，the methods and ways to construct the biosafety prevention and control system for teaching in animal laboratories in medical colleges are discussed．

摘要： 摘要: 实验动物是生命科学教学科研不可缺少的实验材料。由于在教学实验动物来源、开展动物实验的教学实验室的设置、教师和学生的生物安全意识等方面存在的问题，医学院校常存在着生物安全隐患。本文从医学院校涉及实验动物的教学特点出发，探讨了重视教学实验动物生物安全的重要性，并对构建医学院校教学动物实验室生物安全的防控体系的方法和途径提出了设想。
