Abstract: Abstract:Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a pathogenesis multiplex disease，clinical process dangerous and lacking of therapeutic drugs． For fundamental research，animal models of AP is a significant substitution model． Although there are a variety of classical establishing methods of AP，preparing of AP model according to different pathogenic factors has become a research hotspot． Therefore，this study reviewed the progress of AP animals model establishment．

摘要： 摘要: 急性胰腺炎(AP)发病机制复杂，临床过程凶险且缺乏特效药物治疗，动物模型在该病的基础研究中有着重 要的替代作用。已有多种经典的 AP 造模方法。近年来根据不同致病因素制作 AP 模型成为研究热点，本文将对 AP 动物模型制作相关研究进展作一综述。
