Abstract: Abstract:There exist many potential risk factors concerning the infection of a variety of pathogenic microorganisms in laboratory animals. Therefore,a risk assessment in laboratory animals was carried out from the bio-safety point of view. This paper provides an overview for the risk assessment elements,the risk assessment processes and the risk analysis system. A safety monitoring and early warning system based on the risk assessment was established to ensure the safety of animal laboratory personnel and the environment.

摘要: 摘要: 动物实验活动中存在着诸多潜在的危险因素,且涉及多种病原微生物。因此,从生物安全角度出发,对动物 实验活动要进行危害风险评估。本文就病原微生物危害风险评估要素、风险评估过程以及评估体系分析等相关问 题进行探讨。建立了以风险评估为基础的安全监测与预警系统,确保动物实验人员和环境的安全。
