Abstract: Abstract: Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of sevoflurane in laparoscopic surgery of miniature pig． Method 30 miniature pigs were anesthesiaed with lumianning Ⅱand ketamine mixture intramuscular injection． Mechanical ventilation was started after intubation． Sevoflurane inhaled and intermittent intravenous vecuronium were used to maintain anesthesia during ventilation． The anesthetic effect was observed and analyzed． Ｒesult The success rate of anesthesia was 100% ． Conclusion Anesthesia effect was good，anesthesia depth was controlled easy，vital signs were stable，muscle relaxant effect was good and animals have waked up easy in laparoscopic surgery of miniature pig when the use of sevoflurane．

摘要： 摘要: 目的 观察七氟烷吸入法用于实验小型猪腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果。方法 对 30 例小型猪进行陆眠宁 II 和氯胺酮合剂肌肉注射，在基础麻醉下完成气管插管，采用吸入七氟烷维持麻醉，并间断静脉注射维库溴铵，观察 麻醉效果并进行分析。结果 麻醉成功率 100% 。结论 采用七氟烷吸入维持麻醉的方法用于小型猪腹腔镜手 术，麻醉效果好，术中麻醉深度容易控制，生命体征平稳，肌肉松弛效果好，术后苏醒快。
