Abstract: Abstract: To establish an ideal animal model of hyperuricemia is needed to explore the pathogenesis machanism and find a drug to control and treat the hyperuricemia． Scientist have made certain progress for the study of animal model of hyperuricemia． And in these models，rodents were chose greatly． To manufacture the rodent model of hyperuricemia，the theory of increasing the source of the uric acid，reducing uric acid excretion and inhibiting uricase were used． This review will summarize the choice of rodents，induced drugs and the methods．

摘要： 摘要: 建立理想的高尿酸血症动物模型是探索其发病机制及寻找控制和治疗该病药物的基础。国内外学者在建立 高尿酸血症模型的研究中已取得一定的进展，在这些模型中，应用啮齿类动物造模最多，其方法主要是依据增加尿 酸来源、抑制尿酸排泄和抑制尿酸酶作用的原理，利用相关药物进行造模。本文将对高尿酸血症啮齿类动物模型 其动物选择，诱导药物及诱导方法做一综述。
