Abstract: Abstract: Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats ( CRISPR) system was a new genetic modification tool. Its advantages were short work time,low cost,high efficiency and so on. Here we review the CRISPR-Cas system structure,development history,classification,mechanism and application in biology research.

摘要: 摘要: 成簇的规律间隔的短回文重复序列( clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats,简称为 CRISPR) 系统是一种新的基因修饰技术,具有制作周期短、成本低和作用高效等优点。本文从结构、研究历史、分类和分布、作 用机制和其在生物学研究中的应用等方面介绍 CRISPR-Cas 系统。
