Abstract: Abstract:The transformation of the old experimental animal facilities is a very hard work，because it is related to the quality of laboratory animals as well as the safety of the original facilities，experiment and raises for personnel． Combined with the center actual，the SPF laboratory animal facilities in the process of reconstruction through the design and implementation of structure，layout and environmental indicators of temperature and humidity， ventilation rate ，pressure gradient，the cleanliness of the air and wind speed，which has ensured the quality of experimental animals facilities and realized quality control of the SPF animal facilities．
