Abstract: Abstract: Tree shrew is a newly developed animal model in medical experimental research and many of its biological characteristics similar to human，The animals have been infected with various human pathogenic viruses， and has been widely used in research in bacterial infectious disease，pneumatology，endocrinology ，neurology and oncology． This paper aims to review the recent progress of application of the tree shrew as animal model in human disease research．

摘要： 摘要: 由于树鼩的生理、生化和解剖学等生物学特性与人类相似，人们利用树鼩建立了多种人类病毒性疾病动物模 型，并在细菌感染疾病、呼吸系统、内分泌、神经系统疾病和肿瘤等方面有广泛的研究和应用，本文就树鼩在人类疾 病动物模型研究中应用的新进展进行概述。
