Abstract: 0haective To observe which concentration of pentobarbital sodium induces lower mortality when obtaining the same anesthetic effect in rabbits．Methods New Zealand rabbits were divided into 1％pentobarbital sodium group and 3％pentobarbital sodium group．The anesthetic effects and mortality were observed．Results There is no significant difference of anesthetic effects between the two groups．but 1％pentobarbital sodium group achieved a lower mortality(P<0．05)．Conclusions We should replace 3％pentobarbital sodium with 1％ pentobarbital sodium when anesthetizing rabbits because 1％pentobarbital sodium induces lower mortality and equal anesthetic effect compared with 3％pentobarbital sodium．

摘要： 目的在麻醉效果相同的条件下，探讨麻醉死亡率更低的戊巴比妥钠使用浓度。方法选用新西兰家兔 (2～3kg)，雌雄各半，分为1％戊巴比妥钠组和3％戊巴比妥钠组，观察比较两组麻醉效果和死亡率。结果1％和 3％戊巴比妥钠组麻醉效果无差异，而1％组死亡率更低，与3％组比较有显著差异。结论可将常规使用3％戊巴 比妥钠进行家兔静脉麻醉改为使用1％的戊巴比妥钠，两者麻醉效果相当，而后者死亡率更低。
