Abstract: Abstract：SPF eggs are various of biological products high standard materials of developing and identifying people、 livestock and poultry etc．These factors of heredity，feeding and management of SPF chicken and storage、 transportation of SPF eggs and temperature，humidity and ventilation of hatch conditions can greatly affect the rate of hatchbility．Improving the above factors can improve the rate of hatchability and reducing cost of production of livestock and poultry diagnosis and veterinary biological products．

摘要： SPF种蛋是研制和鉴定人、畜、禽等多种生物制品的高标准材料。SPF鸡的遗传、饲养管理，种蛋的存储、运 输，温度、湿度和通风等孵化条件在很大程度上影响其孵化率，改善上述因素能提高SPF种蛋的孵化率，降低畜禽 诊断和兽医生物制品的生产成本。
