Abstract: 0bjective To apply Animal experiment technique to himalayan marmot experimental research， provide technical support and service platform for WHA(marmot hepatitis virus)and human liver cancer research． Method Explore conscientiously and verify again and again maneuverability of all kinds of animal experiment technique in practical work．Result During experimental research，all works which include grasping，labeling， fixing，anesthesia，administration，drawing materials and killing came to expected effect，establish techniques including liver biopsy in vivo，Success rate was 90％，these works ensure an effective way of experiment research． Conclusion In order to promote endemic wild animal himalayan marmot resource development in Qinghai province and establish necessary basis for further experimental animalization，it is beneficial to wide application of the new experiment material in research field of life sciences．

摘要： 目的将动物实验技术应用于喜马拉雅旱獭实验研究工作中，为该动物在WHA(旱獭肝炎病毒)和人类肝癌 研究中提供技术支持和服务平台。方法认真探索并反复验证各项动物实验技术在有关旱獭研究工作中的可操 作性。结果在实验研究中的抓取、标记、固定、麻醉、给药、取材、处死等操作均收到预期效果，建立了活体肝穿刺 等技术，成功率达到90％，保证了各项实验研究的顺利进行。结论为促进青海特有野生动物喜马拉雅旱獭资源 的开发和进一步实验动物化奠定了基础，将有利于这一新型实验材料在生命科学研究领域得到更加广泛应用。
